MyTraderTool ("we", "us", "our") operates the MyTraderTool app and website (mytradertool.com). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Who we are
MyTraderTool is operated by Helix Media Engine, ABN 66 926 581 596, Queensland, Australia.

2. What we collect
- Account data: email address, and any name or username you provide.
- Exchange connection: if you connect CoinSpot, we store trade-only API credentials (no withdrawal permission). Your funds always remain in your own CoinSpot account — we never hold, move, or have access to withdraw your money or crypto.
- Subscription/payment data: handled by our payment providers (Google Play Billing on Android, and/or Stripe on web). We do not store your full card details.
- Usage data: which coin info-pages you view, app interactions, and device/log data, for improving the app and maintaining security.
3. How we use it
To provide the app and your purchased coin info-pages, process subscriptions, connect you to CoinSpot at your instruction, send service messages and (if opted in) The Crypto Buzz newsletter, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share only with: CoinSpot (to place trades you initiate), payment providers (Google/Stripe), infrastructure providers under contract (DigitalOcean, Sydney region), and authorities where legally required.
5. Storage & security
Data is stored securely on servers hosted by DigitalOcean in Sydney, Australia. API credentials are encrypted. No system is 100% secure, but we use reasonable safeguards including hashed passwords, encrypted connections, and trade-only API permissions.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may disconnect CoinSpot or close your account at any time. Email support@mytradertool.com. Complaints can be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
7. Children
MyTraderTool is for adults 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
