1. Acceptance & eligibility
By using MyTraderTool you agree to these Terms. You must be 18 years or older and legally able to use cryptocurrency services in your country.
2. What MyTraderTool is (and isn't)
MyTraderTool is an information and tools app. A paid coin unlock (from $2.49 AUD/coin/month, or discounted packs) gives you access to that coin's information page — live market data and status indicators (Bullish / Bearish / Consolidating). It does not buy cryptocurrency.
Not financial advice. MyTraderTool is a trading tool, not a financial advisory service, and we do not hold an AFSL. Nothing in the app is personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The indicators and Archer AI provide general information only — they describe market conditions, they do not tell you what to do. All trading decisions are yours.
3. Trading via CoinSpot
Trades are executed through your own CoinSpot account using trade-only API access. Your money and crypto never leave your CoinSpot account; we hold no client funds. You are responsible for your CoinSpot account, your trades, and complying with CoinSpot's terms.
4. Risk warning
Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and high-risk. You can lose some or all of your money. Past performance and third-party price predictions are not guarantees. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
5. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
- On Android (Google Play), subscriptions are billed via Google Play Billing. Manage or cancel in your Google Play account.
- On web, subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Manage or cancel as described in-app.
- Fees: free app; 1 coin tracker $2.49 AUD/month, 3-pack $4.98/month, 7-pack $9.96/month. Full price applies for the first month back after a downgrade. Prices may change with notice.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
5A. Affiliate disclosure
MyTraderTool may earn a commission when you sign up to CoinSpot through links in the app or on our website. This does not cost you anything extra. We partner with CoinSpot because it is an established, AUSTRAC-registered Australian exchange. Our integration is a commercial partnership — not a personal endorsement. You are free to use any exchange you choose.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, no reselling access, no automated scraping.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law), MyTraderTool is not liable for trading losses or for decisions you make using the app. The app is provided "as is".
8. Termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
